Hi,
I use Kubuntu system and Opera as a default browser. Opera's window icon is a default X.org icon, not a Opera's one.

What version of Kubuntu and KDE?

i have similar problem with Opera Developer, but not with Opera Stable or beta.
i am using openSUSE 13.2 and KDE 4.14.6
