Opera 30 32 Bit Version Will Not Run

The 32 bit version of Opera will not open on my computer. I'm running Ubuntu 15.04 but had the same problem with 14.10. The version is opera-developer_30.0.1835.6_i386.deb

When I run in console I get "cannot execute binary file: Exec format error"

What output does 'uname --all' generate for you?
