Now that we have opera://settings/configureCommands, please add task manager there.
Plug-ins is also missing.

Is there a way to vote for the feature? The shortcut sometimes is really missing.
It is not only feature for development, unfortunately. When extensively use several web-apps in work, the memory leaking on one or more of them can be a huge problem. So you might need to see what overuse it periodically. -

To enable the power user mode press the following key combination while you are on the settings page: Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right b a
