Re-using extension name with deleted one

I'm new to Opera extension development.
I found a bug with my extension and found the only option to disable it is to pull it off the store by deleting it
However, when the problem was fixed but I couldn't upload the extension again.Can anyone help?

The other option is to ask the moderator to unpublish it. We don't have a feature where you can unpublish your own extension, but I can see that this would be useful for weekends and such.
Undeleted the extension, as commented elsewhere.

Had the same issue one or two years ago. A possibility to withdraw a new version from reviewing to submit another one is needed, too...

If someone submits two versions, we usually reject the older of the two and review the latter.
