I want Opera allow user enable to set "Tab bar" to multiple lines or a single line

I like to open many websites and so it occurs a problem in using Opera. Because when Opera open many tabs, the name and icon of each tab will be hided like this examle. And then it make difficult and uncomfortable to find which is desired tab.
I would like Opera developer make new features as this.

Enable user can set "Tab bar" to multiple lines or a single line.

When user set "Tab bar" to multiple lines, user can assign how many tabs in each line or automatically.

Enable user can select to set automatically hide all "Close tab button" and automatically show only when mouse cursor position is stay over that tab or not.

It's not only interesting but it should be implemented as MUST.
Firstly.
Up to now you may use the top-right icon which is showing all tabs when pressed but together with visible Pinned Tabs - it is onerous error - why to show me the same favicons (plus name) in the vertical list on the right side for the second time?Secondly.
For Firefox there's excellent albeit slightly overcomplicated Tab Mix Plus add-on. There are no analogs in Opera add-on domain. But let me be frank, such option should be implemented in Opera code.I worked on three blogs and I could not manage the jobs without Tab Mix Plus, hence I used two web browsers - Opera for viewing new sources and Firefox for works! Even present, only one blog, needs few dozens tabs opened and easily available. Multi-tab-rows are absolutely indispensable function.

I have setup 6 rows/lines in Preferences window of the add-on Tab Mix Plus. You may define whatever you wish and many more things.

I'm not going to waste X hrs to find out how to start it. I'm using Opera-Dev. I do not need to move the right roll-down panel to the left side and change it to a permanent option.
However cute the option is I will not install it (I did it to delete then), only because I was licking candy Windows icons for several years before I jumped into Linux and now I'm in pain without the sweets. I've never used the M$ s**t and it's obvious to me you did not understand what I wrote.

I think a scrolling "Tab Bar" would be a better option.
One can have a scrolling "Tab Bar" with options for minimum tab width (automatic tab width will also do) and number of tabs to show in the "Tab Bar". Once this limit is reached, the tabs should start scrolling.
This will stop "Tab Bar" (applicable when "Tab Bar" spans multiple line) eating into the page display area.
