I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the way the Opera Predictor mini app is currently being managed.

There are several serious issues affecting users' trust in the platform. First, the results of completed rounds are not being updated properly or on time, making it difficult for users to know their actual performance and points. Second, leaderboard payments and rewards appear to be delayed or not paid to eligible winners, despite their participation and achievements.

These problems raise serious concerns about the platform's reliability, transparency, and commitment to rewarding its users fairly.

As a user, I believe we deserve clear communication, accurate results, and timely payment of any prizes we have legitimately earned. It is frustrating to participate in rounds, spend time making predictions, and compete on the leaderboard without receiving proper updates or the rewards promised.

I respectfully request that your team:

1. Investigate and resolve the issue with round results not being updated.
2. Review the leaderboard standings to ensure that all points and rankings are accurate.
3. Explain why leaderboard payments have been delayed or left unpaid.
4. Pay all outstanding rewards owed to eligible winners.
5. Provide users with an official update explaining these issues and when they will be resolved.

Please take this complaint seriously and address these issues as soon as possible. Restoring users' confidence in Opera Predictor requires transparency, accountability, and prompt action.
