Developer package 306451 inaccessible — escalation request for BUG-28314

StockBlocker’s existing developer package 306451 is inaccessible, preventing an update to the same listing. BUG-28314 was acknowledged on 8 September 2026; follow-ups on 26 September and 14 October have received no substantive email reply as of 16 October.
On 16 October, after confirming the owner account in authenticated Safari, the direct package page remained on a loading spinner and My add-ons showed no package rows. Earlier checks on 13–14 October recorded HTTP 404 for package 306451 and an empty packages response.
Could an Opera staff member route BUG-28314 to the Add-ons team responsible for developer-package access and confirm the supported recovery path? Please preserve the existing listing identity and submission history. I can provide account verification and diagnostic evidence privately.
The access problem prevents submitting the verified 1.30.1 update. No replacement listing has been created. I am requesting an access/moderation-status explanation, not assuming the cause of the missing package.
