      Hi Opera Team,

I primarily use Opera GX on iOS and I also use Apple’s Lockdown Mode for increased security.

Unfortunately, Lockdown Mode causes some websites to lose important functionality or become partially inaccessible. In Safari, Apple allows users to exclude individual trusted websites from Lockdown Mode’s web browsing restrictions while keeping Lockdown Mode active for all other websites.

With Opera GX on iOS, I currently cannot find an equivalent per-site option. The only available workaround seems to be excluding Opera GX as an entire app from Lockdown Mode, which would remove the additional web protection for every website opened in Opera.

I would therefore really appreciate a feature that allows users to exclude individual websites from Lockdown Mode restrictions in Opera GX, similar to Safari.

      My ideal setup would be:

      • Lockdown Mode remains active globally.
      • Opera GX remains protected by Lockdown Mode.
      • Only specifically selected trusted domains can be excluded.
      • All other websites continue to use the additional Lockdown Mode protections.

This would be especially useful for users who want the additional security of Lockdown Mode but still need access to certain websites that do not function correctly under its web restrictions.

If Apple currently does not expose the necessary API to third-party browsers, I would also appreciate clarification on whether this limitation comes from iOS rather than Opera GX itself.

Thank you for considering this feature.
