Hi, that sounds really frustrating, especially after a "claim now, keep forever" promise. Your best bet is to contact GX.games support directly and check your old confirmation emails, they might help restore access. It refers to a situation on Opera GX’s GX.Games where previously claimed games appear missing, usually due to account sync issues, platform bugs, or changes/removal of games from the service rather than them being permanently deleted from your account.

I’d check the account and claim history first. If the games were showing before and suddenly disappeared, it could just be a library or sync issue if they are still missing after checking GX.games support would probably be the best option

That sounds frustrating, especially if the games were claimed under the “keep forever” offer. I’d first check that you’re logged into the same GX.games account and look through the library/claim history. There’s also a similar discussion here: https://forums.opera.com/topic/66109/gx-
