GX.games inquiry, can I download a save from a game on the platform?

Hello there, I've been trying to find out if I can download a file from a game on GX.games (in this case DPS.Idle) for a few days now, and even after going on reddit and many forums or community posts, I remain without a clear answer. I want to download the save because I've run into a couple issues that may be caused by the browser, but I can't be sure without testing it on another platform first, and it'd let me be certain the file is safe somewhere on my computer.
So, is it possible? And if it is so, where can I do it?
Thanks for taking your time reading this. -

Hey! As far as I know, GX.games doesn’t really let you directly download save files for games like DPS.Idle. The progress is usually stored in your browser’s local storage, which is why switching browsers often resets everything.
If you want to back it up, you could check your browser’s developer tools and export the local storage/cookies for that game
. It’s a bit technical, but it’s the only way to keep a copy safe on your computer.Hopefully the devs add a proper export/import option later on, it would make life a lot easier for players

That makes sense. Losing progress when switching browsers would be really frustrating, especially when the save is stored locally rather than tied to an account. An export/import option built into GX.games would definitely make backups much easier for players.
