[GX Rewards] Don't see the skin after collect the rewards

i go to the opera to collect the forsaken rewards,i collect them,and then i go to roblox,where i got to forsaken and loook at the chance character,but i dont't see the skin.i really wanted this skin, and i wrote my account nickname adove it.
