editable opacity on video pop-outs

So I use the pop-out video thing when ever I play miencraft, and sometimes, im not fully able to tell what is going on in the video, so I think (not an expert) that it wouldn't be too hard to make a menu that, when hovering over the "transparent" button, it pops out a menu that shows a bar that can change the transparency, or make it a thing in the in app settings menu, and it would be very helpful to opera GX users who want things like tutorials or background videos when they're playing games with the tab open
