Ask to be default browser on launch

FireFox pops-up a small dialog box on launch if it is not your default browser. It would be great if Opera did this too. I'm sure there are many Opera Users that would agree, but for those that do not, make it optional.

@ChrisWard2026 I'm pretty sure Opera does ask that when you first install/run it, though it opens as an inserted line above the main browser window rather than as a pop-up window.
