Opera GX is Very Slow Despite a Fast Internet Connection

Hi everyone,
I’m having a serious performance issue with Opera GX. Even though my internet connection is very fast, pages load extremely slowly and the browser feels unresponsive and the issue started right after I formatted my PC.I’ve already tried everything I can think of: clearing cookies/cache, resetting the modem, reinstalling Opera GX from scratch, updating all drivers, and checking online for possible fixes. Nothing has helped.
The strange part is that I experience similar slowness with other browsers like Chrome as well. My PC is new and more than powerful enough, so the problem shouldn’t be hardware-related.
I really enjoy using Opera GX and would love to fix this issue. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Including starting with a fresh "Opera GX Stable" folders in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software" and "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software"?
What specific anti-virus and other security software (including VPNs) do you have installed?
