Certain sites will duplicate to my first tab

It seems like certain websites will duplicate themselves over my first tab. The first tab will duplicate to the website and won't even have a back option. It will just delete the original site from that tab's history. Even opening them in a new window will do the same thing. Started a few months back and I cannot find anything about it.
