How to Show Opera GX Splash Screen Every Time I Open It?

Hello, I'm an Opera GX user. As you know, Opera GX has a system that appears briefly after updates, I think it's called a splash screen. I want this animation to appear every time I open Opera because I like it. Is this possible, or how can I do it? Does anyone have any information?

Just goto the URL opera://settings/onStartup and turn it on.

You might even want to install a mod like https://store.gx.me/mods/nsxjip/capybara-party/ that can set a custom splash screen.
