Browser slowed down recently

About a week or two ago, my browser - Opera One(version: 124.0.5705.65) - suddenly slowed down a lot. Youtube videos aren’t buffering as well as they were before, Reddit images aren’t loading, some websites take over 60 seconds to load completely, etc..
Even after clearing cache, history and even passwords, disabling all extentions and even doing a full re-install, it still isn’t behaving as usual. Meanwhile, Microsoft Edge can handle things just fine, as does my TV for Youtube videos, so it doesn’t seem to be an internet connection issue.
I can’t fully reproduce the issue since it happened suddenly, but a couple things I did before this started happening is:
Install AVG TuneUp (junk clearing software).
Install the Bitwarden password manager extension.
