[Duplicated]Opera Ad Blocker (even deactivated) Triggers YouTube Playback Error

I'm getting the YouTube playback error that's triggered when YouTube detects an ad blocker.
The only ad blocker I have on Opera is the built-in Opera ad blocker extension, which I have deactivated.
Unless I can remove this unwanted ad blocker, I can no longer use Opera to access content on YouTube now.
