Lost my security login code because of phone change

Hi, recently I wanted to connect my google acc to my opera acc but it said it is connected to another one. That is true. However few years back I lost my login info for that account because I changed my phone. The authenticator app was there and the back-up codes are nowhere to be found. What should I do to retrieve that account?
