I want to add Gmail to sidebar of Opera GX Windows. Now, I found a built-in option of add custom site panels to sidebar but that doesn't enable mobile view, I tried looking for extensions but couldn't find any. If you know any way to add Gmail to sidebar with mobile view then please write it down.

I would second this by upvoting, but apparently rep is required and hard to achieve.

Perhaps also worth considering other email providers, and chat providers. Google users might want Google Chat in a sidebar separately to GMail. Office365 users might want Outlook.com and/or Teams in their sidebar.
