YouTube Playing Videos at 360p only

I run Debian LInux Trixie (testing) and for some reason, any browser I install (other than vivaldi) only runs youtube videos at 360p with no option to change this in the player settings. Is there any way to fix this?

either your internet connection is slow, your video quality settings are set to 360p, or the video itself was uploaded in a low resolution and hasn't finished processing to higher quality options; check your YouTube settings to adjust the video quality to a higher resolution if you want to watch in HD
