Whenever I disable fullscreen in youtube it make the browser fullscreen

Everytime I exit fullscreen in youtube it turns into the f11 mode even though I wasn't in f11 mode before.

late response but for those who are having this problem too: i had this problem for the longest time too and ive finally fixed it. one of my extensions was bugging and when i removed it the problem went away too. (for me the extension was tab volume controller). i hope this helps
