"Disable tab bar's top spacing" stopped working

The "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximized" while enabled, isn't disabling the spacing after new update. Have to move cursor a bit lower than the top edge of screen to hit them.

@mracos I have an opposite issue. I always had the spacing, because I like to click it, e.g., to focus Opera. But after upgrading to latest version (115.0.5322.124) the spacing is gone and the setting doesn't change anything
Now instead of focusing Opera, I click on some tab, this is so annoying!
