RGX Not Working On Pop-Up Video

Hello everyone, RGX is not working on the pop-up video box but strangely as I'm dragging the pop-up video window from the corners to resize RGX is working until I stop resizing.

How do I get rgx to work properly and consistently on pop-up videos?
