Opera GX Martincitopants Mod not changing the app icon

I downloaded the Martincitopants mod for Opera GX, but no matter what I do, the app icon remains the same. I have the option toggled on, and restarting the browser doesn't help.

@dredgenkhora I have the same issue. However the icon is changed in the ALT + TAB menu and desktop view but not the taskbar.
