GPU Rendering Error

So I've received the latest GX Update that has the Major UI and Feature Overhaul, very nice so far but there is a Critical GPU Error going around while running Opera GX, at some point whether I'm just casually browsing Twitter or Watching Netflix the Browser will become extremely sluggish and any shader effects active begin juttering intensely.

Then All Animations for the Browser just Stop, The Browser itself will still run but now closing & opening tabs just have a static effect, any themes or wallpapers go white, and in the Mods Menu it will have disabled multiple mods stating that "Hardware Acceleration is enabled but not available due to GPU Error".

At that point, Shaders, Splash Effects, Wallpapers etc and another browser animations will remain broken and disabled until the browser is closed and relaunched.

Now, I've Reinstalled Both the Firmware and Drivers of my Nvidia RTX 3090 GPU Twice as-well Rolled the browser Back and Forth from the new GX Update to the old version, then back to new version multiple times to see whether it's truly my GPU that's causing the Error of whether it's something occurring within the new GX Update.

So far, this Error is only occurring on the Latest Version of Opera GX, as this problem didn't arise until now.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but until it's resolved I've got not choice but to manually disable any browser animations, shaders, and wallpaper themes until a fix is made, otherwise the browser is Incapable to be used without becoming a slog of slowness.

Most of the time so far in these last few days, this GPU Error the browser detects can happen at any time, whether I'm casually browsing my emails after only 40 minutes of launching the browser, or over 3 hours when I'm in the midst of listening to Spotify or Watching Netflix. There is no specific pattern of the Trigger.

But there is one thing I can do to cause the Error to Emerge, sometimes the browser breaks into what I call a "Partial Crash" of the Hardware Acceleration when only the wallpaper has been affected and nothing else, If I then attempt to change the Wallpaper to another Animated or Live Wallpaper the sluggish feeling begins to dramatically increase, resulting in GX Mod Shaders & All Browser Animations to then Disable and state an error has occurred.

Anybody else experiencing any issues similar to my own with the new Update?!
