A window is not created from the tab

Hello!
I recently updated my browser and I have a problem: I can't move the tab from the first monitor (2k) and make it a full-fledged window on the second monitor (full hd). I can do this if I drag the tab deep into the second monitor, but it's inconvenient. I want to drag a tab to the edge of the second monitor, barely entering it and getting a window in the entire second monitor as it was before. Can you help me get this feature back please?

And when I have two browser windows running on the one monitor, and I want to move a single tab on the second browser window to the first browser window to the other tabs, this does not work, the interface of the second browser window does not disappear, which is very inconvenient. How can I fix this?
