fullscreen on youtube making the browser stop responding.

I recently changed from intel and Nvidia system to full AMD as an overall much needed upgrade for me, and after that change I cannot fullscreen youtube videos in opera browser cause it stops responding, yet I can still hear and pause the video, just the opera gx browser looks like it stops responding, and the only way for me to do anything is to completely close it and start it up again.
I can watch the youtube videos still, just can't fullscreen them. -

just wanted to say, it fixes itself, by me fullscreening another player other than what youtube has, but after I close the browser I need to do that again in order for the fullscreen on youtube to work.

and an additional piece of information, I did try to reinstall my GPU drivers (albeit the reason was unrelated to this) and this did not help. I still need to full screen a video player other than youtube first so that youtube one will start working.
