[Duplicated]"atleast one file with resource (.pak) is corrupted." message when installing/opening Opera

I reinstall opera gx due to a error with "Opera does not start, side-by-side setting is incorrect" and after I reinstalled it, it fails by saying "atleast one file with resource (.pak) is corrupted." and tells me to download the full installer, and even after I download with the full installer it still says the same error and tells me to download the same full installer. I had it working prior but it had the same problem as before with the "opera does not start"
