How use remotely debug Android devices on Opera GX?

Hi everyone!
I'm a web developer. I want to check my web-site from phone (Andriod). I downloaded opera GX on my phone. Then device conntect to laptop from USB. Browser is seeing phone, but isn't seeing browser wich in phone.
In my opinion problem in version browser. On PC the browser version is 112.0.5197.74, and the Android version is 2.5.4.
How to make it so inspect Opera GX is seeing my phone browser?
