I accidentally bricked Opera GX using Early Bird

Hello, I enabled Early Bird (beta features) access in Opera GX and restarted the browser.
It was going well at first, as I liked the browser's new look and design, and how it attempted to combine modern and gamer design, while making some elements more gamer than they previously were, but here's where the problem starts.
I then decide to disable the Early Bird feature "New Looks - Foundation" without disabling anything else, and here's where things go wrong.
When I try to relaunch Opera GX, nothing happens at all. When I look in Task Manager, it looks like a total of 4 Opera GX processes, each gradually taking up a bit of CPU and RAM, before eventually exiting altogether.
I tried to delete the Preferences file inside of Opera GX, but that only boot loops into the splash screen 4 times, and exits once again after. And no, a restart did not fix it.
If anybody could help with this, that'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@pomnidigitalcircus I did the exact same thing and am currently having the same issue, did you maybe find a solution yet?

@PomniDigitalCircus I did the exact same thing. My solution? Uninstalled GX and went to the Microsoft Store to reinstall it. MS installs an older version of GX, so I used it to go to update and recovery, then reset the browser (reset everything). That resets the early bird settings. Do note, if you were to click update and restart to the current version without resetting, the same thing would happen again.
Edit: looks like the Reddit solution is better
