we definetly need an opera for symbia (nokia) forum. i see that there are for android, windows, apple e.t.c but most people who use opera are in 3rd world countries where nokia has a sizable market share, so it would be helpful if that is done

If you need support for Opera Mini on Symbian, you can use the Opera Mini forum, as this is for Opera Mini on all operating systems.

While it is quite obvious that Opera for Symbian is no longer a current Opera product, it is still available for download and is also very much still in use. The Opera Mobile/Mini for Symbian forum should not have been removed. More so considering the discontinued and supposedly obsolete OS still has greater global market share than either Windows Phone or BlackBerry.
