Opera Tab Gone

Somehow I managed to delete the 'Opera' tab (the one with the logo) in the upper left corner of the screen.
How do I get it back?

Try the Customize appearance dialogue, and reset the toolbar.

Show hidden while customising if the Pagebar Head toolbar is not displayed. That's where the button resides.
