Can I watch blocked videos with Opera VPN Pro?

I have just obtained VPN Pro with the purpose of watching programs BBC IPlayer and all4 from Scandinavia. So far no success and when Googling this the following VPN services has been tested and are recommended: Nord VPN, ExpressVPN and Surfshark. It is also said that using one of these 3 you can choose the best UK based server, preferably a London one. So my question is if this is possible with the Opera VPN Pro or if I have subscribed to this in vane.
