Opera Extensions Like Google

Hi!
I am Emma and i am a marketing manager in a ecommerce platform based in uk.
Since the inception i have been using the Google Chrome for my daily task and working. Thereafter i moved to Opera and I love that for its free VPN and dashboards.
But i was using various extension in google chrome which were also very beneficial to my task.
In opera it restricts me to add such kind of extension to ease my task further. So, what i do need to do now?
May be i don't know the right way out to get the exctension.
If any of the support member can help me, then plzzThank You
