Hide adblock icon if adblocker is off

I am using an extension for adblocking (uBlock Origin) and have no use for the built-in adblocker. However, even though I have disabled Opera's adblocker, its icon still remains in the URL bar. It would be great if this could be removed, either through another setting ("Show adblock icon in address bar") or that it automatically gets hidden when the adblocker is globally disabled.

In Opera toolbar, right-click the Adblock Plus icon and click Hide from the toolbar.

I meant the built in Opera adblocker, not an extension

Since the build-in Adblocker is useless (Even the custom list function is not working)

Please implement an option to blend the icon out, otherwise its just a feature Opera can show-off without any real benefit. #Extensions.
