Blogger.com Page Can't Load Properly

Why I can't do anything when it comes to blogging? Especially, when I'm using Google Blogger.com the page was there. But I can't do anything. Neither post some articles or just making a minor updates.
Does anybody know how can I open Blogger using Operamini 7.1.3 here? I want it to be available on my phone Nokia E71.

I have an old blog at blogger. It's url is actually blogspot but I think it's basically same thing. I was able to go to my blog & also able to open blogger dot com, no problem & it even auto redirected me to my blogspot site. So it's working good for me.
If you have a specific url or site you want to go to on blogger, try using blogspot in place of blogger.
Of course I'm on latest android, but I used to access it fine w/java 7 (can't remember if 7.1 but I think I did get that far b4 going android.

Since Google updated the Blogger UI a year ago it hasn't worked very well in most mobile browsers. One thing that does work in Opera Mini is approving deleting or marking comments as spam by clicking the links in Blogger's email comment notifications.

sorry but that's not what I'm talking about @naveen. I'm talking about the blogger dashboard not the template.
