Feature request: allow custom search engines to be set as default.

As per the current FAQ, custom search engines (those added by the user and not bundled by default with Opera) can't be selected as the default engine to use.
I'd like to request it for consideration in a future release, I find it to be useful and not at all complex to implement. In the same line, it would also be nice if we could delete default search engines or at least change their keywords so that we can use keywords assigned by default for alternative search engines.

@kaodome Amen to this. I am stuck with google.com instead of .co.uk meaning I get search results that have little relevance.
