Workspaces - desynchronize icons

I will suggest in few requests what to do imitate Vivaldi Tiles with enough success.

Part I.
As all know two Opera windows can keep different tabs under the same Workspaces marked but the same icons.

Such solution is highly misleading. Until those icons are desynchronized it'll be not possible to work efficiently and comfortable.
