How do I transfer control of an extension to another account?

Hello. I designed and published an extension to the webstore. Now I'm not working on development and I want to transfer management of this extension to another account. How can i do this?

If there's someone to continue to maintain it - he/she needs same info that you have/need if you would update it to Addons. On other stores sometimes people transfer projects to one another.
