Add Plus Icon to Add New Tab Just to Right of Last Open Tab

Please add a plus icon to add a new tab to the right of the last current open tab. It is currently at the very right of the tabs bar which is far away to move the cursor on a chromebook when typing. This would make it much more efficient and save time. Or an option could added to have the plus icon either at the ends of the last current tab or the right of the tab bar.
