Opera GX not opening properly

I tried running Opera GX today after running it successfully earlier in the data. So far I've restarted my computer, fully uninstalled Opera GX, reinstalled Opera GX, restarted again, and have even tried running it without my antivirus running. I'm presently trying to run it on a Windows 10 system and when I click on the executable to run it an outline will appear on the screen and promptly disappear. I've poked around the files and it seems to create session data every time I open it but it wont show up in my task manager. It has not generated any crash reports or shown any error codes. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Seems like the recent Windows 10 update ruined Opera GX as when I reverted the updates it works just fine. Not sure why or how but for now it just works.
