Can`t upload my addon: "A package with this name already exists. Please change the name or upgrade the existing package."

Hello!
I had an addon which didn't pass moderation.
Now i deleted it and want to upload new version, but i receive an error which says:
"A package with this name already exists. Please change the name or upgrade the existing package."But i don`t have any packages in the account now.

The problem with add-on upload not solved yet.
