Live streams lagging on 720+

When I'm watching twitch in HD, streams are lagging like there're drops of fps, but when i run the feature to watch in that "always on top" window streams stop lagging both in the main window and in "always top". Anyone know what's the problem? I think it's not about pc or internet, because with additional window it's working good.
