Add to Homescreen Option Missing

There is supposedly an "Add page to device’s home screen (Android only)" option according to the help page. But it is missing from my menu.

It's now done via a "star" icon in the menu. If you click on it it asks you if you want to add a shortcut to "Phone home screen" or "Opera home screen".
