Opera v66 has this issue on arch and derived distros due to glibc 2.31, so please read this first and then upgrade to v67

@jimunderscorep thank for advice, i dont have any problem with ffmpeg and playing videos

btw this is my error when i run in console

Hi @Choki, if you update to latest Opera stable (67.0.3575.31), the issue should be gone.

Otherwise, if for some reasons you don't want to update, then to workaround it, you can use one of the switches, that are listed here.
