opera extension inline install doesn't work

Hi All,
We have inline installation button on our web site. This functionality is described here: https://dev.opera.com/extensions/inline-installation/
About week ago this button stopped to work properly. When client presses it, extension installation process is not started. The second press on button shows in the console error that installation is pending. But it also dont have any effect.
