Change writing direction for text fields

Hi.
It'd be very helpful for RTL-based languages to have an option to change a text field writing direction, ideally in the context menu. As you may know LTR themes have difficulties reading texts with both RTL and LTR words (in LTR themes, of course). Google Chrome has this feature. Right click on a text field, you can see the "Writing Direction" in context menu. It has three options: "Default", "Left to Right", "Right to Left".
I don't know how many users find this feature useful, but I think it's nice to have this feature in Opera.

So, after implementing this feature we can:

1. Right click on text fields and text areas in a page.
2. See a "Writing Direction" context menu.
3. Choose between "RTL", "LTR" or "Default".
4. Temporarily change the writing direction of the text field for reading convenience.
