Settings Tab Persistence

I often go to the settings tab to switch on and off Javascipt. I need to open settings and then choose websites tab.
It would be good if the settings screen could have persistence with the tab that you have last chosen. Therefore, I could just use Alt p and flick the switch.

I know that there are probably plugins that will take care of this.. but it is easy to implement and other people have other favorite settings they toggle from time to time. This saves a step.
