Youtube's detached videos are glitchy and flickering

Hi, I recently noticed that the Youtube's videos who I detach are playing glitchy and with flickering. I have video which I recorded (sorry for bad quality). Does anybody have the same issue? Regards!

Can you post the Youtube video URL so the forum members can see if that particular video also appears terrible on their computers. I have tried many Youtube videos, playing detached and in-browser, without any issues.
